Our mission is to provide an easy, no-risk residency for self-employed freelancers, offering flexible booking options. Your reservation of the entire studio is always at an affordable day-rate; the space can be adapted per each industry's needs and is inclusive of amenities, social media promotion and support. Guild nurtures creativity and collaboration in a unique environment, putting you and your small business first.

"I recently took part in a collaborative pop-up day at Guild alongside two other small businesses and honestly couldn't have asked for a better first experience.The space is beautiful. Brightly lit, modern, accessible and welcoming . It was also perfect for taking photos and creating content throughout the day. It's in a great central in the markethouse, making it easy for people to find and pop in.
From the initial enquiry through to the event itself, the booking process was straightforward and communication was friendly and helpful. The day rates are also very reasonable, which I appreciated getting started with my business.
What I loved most was the supportive, creative atmosphere. It felt like a space that genuinely champions independent businesses and encourages collaboration. It was a lovely opportunity to meet customers and connect with other makers.
